Same day delivery available upon request, extra charges may apply.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or Postal Locker, available by prior arrangement.
Transit insurance available. Orders up to AUD$1,000.00 are insured for damage or non-delivery (lost in transit). Most orders are tracked door to door.
WARRANTY
Standard Manufacturer’s and or Supplier's warranty is provided with each product purchased.
REPAIRS
We have access to specialist technicians who will endeavour to repair the majority of equipment including older and current products. Other services available; sensor and lens cleaning, flash repair, shutter replacement, etc.
Minimum quote fee is $95.00* including GST. If a repair can be done within this fee we will proceed to repair.
Should the cost exceed $95.00* including GST we will provide a quote and if accepted the $95.00* including GST will be deducted from the final repair cost.
(Studio Flash and JOBO Processor repairs – a minimum fee of $295.00* inc GST)
