The PRP-55P Quick Release Plate by FLM is made to use with the PRB-55 base. It has a 5mm video pin for use with video cameras. It attaches to your camera with its 1/4"-20 screw, and then it slides into the base plate. It is secured in place by tightening the silver ring on the base plate.
